Longlight user friendly LLQT1&LLQT8 Fluorometer are compact micro-quantitative nucleic acid and protein concentration detection equipment. The instrument adopts the principle of fluorescence detection, only takes 1~20 μL of samples to obtain accurate results.With high sensitivity, wide detection range and short detection time, it is a perfect tool for research laboratories to detect low concentration of nucleic acids and proteins, and it’s widely used in the determination of DNA content in the construction of NGS libraries and the detection of nucleic acid concentration in PCR experiments.
